L'appartement est situé à cheval entre l'Accor Arena (accès royal, moins de 5 mins à pied :) et "Bercy Village". Il vient d'être entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût :) Il est situé au RDC mais donne sur la cours/jardin de l'immeuble (très calme et sans vis à vis). Entrée autonome facile.
