Summer's Sea Shanty is a delightful Chincoteague coastal cottage that’s perfect for couples, families, or small groups of friends. We've worked hard to make this the ideal modern day beach retreat. This home boasts screened in front and back porches, a fire pit, an open/functional floor plan. We're pet and kid friendly with luxury linens and rugs and dish ware... We're proud to be the best of the best on the island. We're centrally located and minutes from Assateague National Seashore.

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Creekside Cottage delivers all the feels... July 2020 USA Today "Best Coastal small town". Private dock off large back yard for crabbing or catching the sunset, minutes away from the Chesapeake Bay and Historic downtown, 10 minutes to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge (Ponys) and the Beach (golf cart friendly). Everyone can hang on the huge sectional in the eve and play board games or catch up. Smart TV, Wifi, Large cooks kitchen (dbl oven), Table extends to 124". Make Memories!

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach chairs available. TY.
