Ocean views from front the deck of this unique vacation retreat, Intercoastal Waterway and St. Augustine Lighthouse views from west facing decks. Just over the Vilano Bridge from historic St. Augustine, Florida, and walking distance to a supermarket. Just steps, via path, over the dune to the beach; this lovely spot is a regular for photo shoots and wedding destinations. Various laundry services available to pick up and drop off your laundry, not covered. Great for vacations or stay-cations!

Slight view of the ocean from upstairs balcony & there is a nice downstairs patio area in front of condo for your enjoyment!

Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything to enjoy the salt life. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4-plex. It has its own deck space and shares a back porch with the other units.

Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.
