BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

We have Sudeley Castle 1/4 mile down the road and the historic town of Winchcombe is only 1 mile away. There are a good variety of pubs and restaurants around the area and plenty of Cotswold villages to explore. The rooms are all en suite with a large lounge for guests and a cosy dining room with great views for a full English or continental breakfast which is included

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. We are at a great location just off junction 11 of the M5, with regular buses to Cheltenham and Gloucester and coaches to London. The room has been freshly decorated and carpeted. It has lots of storage, a work desk, ample sockets, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The en-suite has a large hand basin, toilet, and shower. We serve continental breakfast in the morning which you can have in your room or downstairs in the large kitchen /diner. Use of the kitchen by arrangement.

2 Little Orchard is situated in Stanton which is one of the prettiest and idyllic villages in the Cotswolds. The Mount Inn, with stunning views and wonderful home cooked food is a 5 minute walk away. Broadway is about 3 miles away with the famous Lygon Arms. Stratford-upon-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's theatre and Shakespearian heritage and Cheltenham is approximately 11 miles away with excellent shops, many wonderful restaurants and famous racecourse.

Private bedroom and bathroom (shower room) situated on the ground floor in a quiet family home. The rooms are at the back of the house with doors opening out onto the patio and south facing garden. It's a peaceful neighborhood on the south side of the town with lively Bath Road - local shops, restaurants and pubs, only a 7 mins walk away and the center of Cheltenham a lovely 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive or bus ride. There is off road parking available on the driveway.
