Gingerbread-like cottage (600 square feet) was built from old growth redwood in 1922. Since remodeled with all the amenities. A private sanctuary, set back and hidden from street. Two block walk to ocean along tree-lined path in a quiet neighborhood on the west side. Serene and tranquil, lovely outdoor deck and garden. Half mile from selection of boutique wine tasting, breweries, and coffee roasters. We apologize for not being able to host children under 5 for safety reasons. 2 night minimum

This house is clean and well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, and would be perfect for long term visits or one night stays. It is newly remodeled with a TV in all the bedrooms and new furnishings. This place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach which is about 20 minutes away, public transport, and main attractions on the peninsula. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

There is nothing like sitting around the fire and listening to the waves crash on the beach.

Please be advised there are stairs and some people say they are steep. Smart TVs YouTube TV Netflix etc. High speed Wi-Fi internet is included. The house has central heating and air conditioning and is professionally cleaned before every booking. Home comes fully stocked with everything you need.

Master bedroom & livingroom open to a completely private back yard patio and hot tub. A BBQ and fire pit make this a great spot to gather, night or day. Recently remodeled, it has a very homey, country feel. Family and kid friendly, (no pets please).
