Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Spacious Garden Cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage has an en- suite bathroom, which has a shower. It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. The cottage has wifi and a TV that has Netflix and DSTV. We are 4 km from Sandton City and 3,5km from Rosebank Mall. Secure road with boomed security. Within walking distance of shops and local restaurants/takeaways.

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.
