Within a 30 minutes drive you can find plenty of possibilities to experience the Norwegian nature with cute puffins, exciting trails, deep fjords and the rough ocean. Our home is the perfect place to make your dream come true!

Peaceful neighborhood with several playgrounds, a lake and trails. Short distanse from big mall (Moa 5 min) and downtown Ålesund 12 min. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. You have your own floor and your own private entrance. The garden and a playhouse is shared with us when we are home, but we do respect your privacy. You will have your own parking spot, and it is possible to charge an electric car at no charge. Toys, books and tv-streaming is available.

Jølet! Tenk å ligge svevande over bakken på ei seng av brusande vatn med stjerner i augo! Det er akkurat det du kan oppleve i Jølet, hytta som er spesialdesigna for å gje ein optimal følelse av nærleik til naturen. På kanten av eit jøl, skapt av elva sitt tusenårige strev for å nå fjorden, svevar hytta delvis i terrenget. Liggande heilt for seg sjølv utan nære naboar, men med utsikt over kulturlandskap og bygdelag, er dette ein perfekt stad både for avslapping og aktivitet.

Her er et hus med mange fasiliteter: god plass både inne og ute, sentral beliggenhet, kun 10 min til Ålesund sentrum, og 15 min til flyplassen på Vigra. Her bor dere helt for dere selv med stor hage og terrasse, perfekt til å nyte lange sommerkvelder. Nydelig utsikt mot Ålesund, Runde og Sunnmørsalpene. Dere får nyte landlige omgivelser, og kan gå rett opp til Myklebusthornet (Ellingsøyas høyeste punkt). Gode parkeringsmuligheter ved huset. Mulighet for lading av el-bil.

Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, mindre enn 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

Nyt den fantastiske utsikten fra dette idylliske stabburet lokalisert på Valderøya utenfor Ålesund. Stabburet er over hundre år gammelt, men er renovert. OBS! Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Badet i hovedhuset benyttes kun av dere gjester og tilgang til resten av hovedhuset er avstengt. Det er 5 liter vann tilgjengelig i kjøleskapet. Velkommen til et autentisk Airbnb opphold ❤️

Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

The area is quiet and nice, with a short walk to a big shopping mall (Moa - 10 min walk) and bus stops (5 min walk, 25 min bus ride to city centre). If you are interested in hiking, there are many nice locations just a short drive away. This area has a nice view of the "Summøre Alps". The walk to the shoreline takes about 10 minutes. Outside the house there is a large driveway with parking.
