En liten, koselig ettroms leilighet (26kvm) i toppetasjen på bygård på Majorstuen, mot Fagerborg. Veldig sentralt til alt, men samtidig et trygt og rolig strøk. Leiligheta er lys og trivelig, og har en fin sørvestvendt balkong som går inn mot en rolig bakgård. Her er det sol store deler av døgnet, når årstiden tillater det! :) Leiligheta har en veggseng som er 1.40 m, som slås ut fra veggen (OBS: Denne er tung!). Med utslått seng blir det trang og lite golvplass! Dette er ei lita leilighet.

Sentral og lys leilighet med god takhøyde i en rolig sidegate. Soverom ut mot bakgård, stue ut mot en liten park. Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er i fjerde etasje uten heis og nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten (nærmeste mulighet for nøkkellevering).
