Charming family guest house in Sasashi village, 120 km north of Kutaisi. Built over 100 years ago by my great grandfather, this typical Svanetian house was abandoned for over 50 years before we decided to renovate and give a new life to it. The house is on two floors with a spacious living area, a vintage fireplace and fully functional kitchen on the ground level. Four renovated bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms on each floor. Double and single beds can accommodate up to 12 persons.

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

Cozy White House near White Bridge

The apartment is located in one of the best streets in Kutaisi, approximately 50 steps from “the white bridge”. It is very close to all tourist attractions. The flat is on the 5th floor (accessible by elevator) and has a balcony from where our guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the town. The apartment is brand new. All rooms come with individual heating. The apartment also provides a cooling system. A fridge, washing-machine, TV, free wifi, and kitchen utensils are included.
