Features a King size Nectar bed, Fire TV, WiFi, shower with tankless water heater a bistro set, and a Kitchenette (sink, dishes, Keurig, microwave, mini fridge w/ freezer, toaster oven, and electric skillet), beautiful stone patio, professional landscaping, pet yard access, brand new floors, and a large driveway. The perfect spot for a quiet night!

Charming 1 bedroom guesthouse on 4 acres, hot tub

Our guesthouse sits on 4 quiet fenced acres about 100 feet from our home. We are about 15 minutes from Pinehurst. Our large, friendly dogs greet you upon arrival and share the same fenced area as the guesthouse. Our barn conversion has a full kitchen, a queen bed and small sofa bed. Coffee maker, wine fridge, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening glass of wine or to watch the fireflies. Saltwater pool from mid-May to Mid- Sep. Private two-person hot tub. Pet fee for dogs. sorry, no cats.

Located 1 min off I-95 & 10 min from Fayetteville on the McDaniel Pine Farm, quietly nestled down a beautiful rock path you’ll feel right at home immediately. Tiny home with 1 bathroom, small kitchen & living area couch converts into a full bed. You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

Secluded and peaceful, the name of the street says it all: Sunset. This gated residence offers breathtaking sunset views across a sprawling 50 acre farm. Take in the landscape, complete with horses & cows, or retire to your exclusive guest house, complete with full kitchen, refrigerator, and washer & dryer. This one big room guest house has a king bed & queen sofa bed, and comes with your own door code, parking space, and private, fenced-in back yard for your pets. (pet fee applies).

"Forest Garden" A One Bedroom Retreat

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. All the right amenities are here - full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet - but don't be surprised if you find yourself opting to relax in the swing on the screened-in porch while you soak in the sounds of the birds and the trees instead.

This pet-friendly, remote, rural retreat is located on 2.2 wooded acres. It is centrally located and is 30 minutes or less to Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Moncure, Pittsboro, Lillington, and Sanford. The home is convenient to both Harris Lake and Jordan Lake. It is also conveniently located near Triangle Innovation Point. This charming single level ranch home was updated in 2020 and is roomy and comfortable.
