房子的位置很好很大，就在太子地铁站旁边，步行去旺角和深水埗只是1㎞，性价比很高，只要不介意步行到7楼，这里应该是油尖旺区理想的居住地

在香港来说房间很大，很干净简单，榻榻米地垫很适合孩子玩，房子很细长，有两个卧室，一个小客厅，一个厨房一个卫生间，打开四周窗户有对流风，卧室里面有窗机，开关在墙上，我们孩子怕冷开到最小了，我们在这里度过了很开心的一周，Akif 人特别好，回复很及时，还让我们免费多住了一天。

Great location, excellent value for a spacious apartment in Hong Kong We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment in Hong Kong. The location is fantastic - it's conveniently located right next to a metro station, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Despite being in such a prime location, the price for this spacious apartment was very reasonable, especially considering Hong Kong's high cost of living. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The host has thoughtfully provided all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One important thing to note is that the apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building without an elevator. I don't normally wrote reviews but I feel like I had to make an exception not just to spite the owner who in his own right was very helpful, but also to help future guests and perhaps provide the owner with some feedback. For what it's worth, I wasn't expecting much in an old neighborhood and in an old building. But as soon as you enter, you're hit with a raunchy smell of mold and it quickly becomes very unpleasant. The sheets and towels were clean but the kitchen and bathroom were just downright quite disgusting. Speaking of the bathroom, the shower/bathtub drain does not work that well. After you shower for about 5 minutes, it takes about an hour for the water to go down the drain. So make sure to time your showers well with your party. Also, the apartment is on the 7th floor. It might not sound that high but with no elevators and steep and narrow stairs, carrying my small suitcase was the most workout I've done in years. I get rent prices are high, but I can't say it was worth.
