Ryan was very responsive from the day that I booked. I am grateful for him accommodating my son’s needs. This was a cozy space for a weekend trip with my family. It was very intimate and loved that each individual party got a bathroom to themselves. I felt right at home. It’s North OC, so we beat the beach traffic.

Pictures are accurate, and very responsive host with any questions or concerns. This is a great location away from the busy spots of OC and so close to DE which made checking out Rehoboth and Dewey a quick ride away. As per the other reviews, the kitchen needs some updating and the washer and dryer need service, especially if there is no turn down service. My family had a great time for our quick vacation and location was great.

Nice place in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close enough to walk to the beach. Would rent again!
