Four families went in to book this property (12 people) Kate was great at check-in. She allowed us to be able to check in about an hour early and seemed very responsive. Once we arrived at the property, I notified her that we were without towels and she had someone bring them out. I also let her know that the AC unit was not working properly and it was extremely hot. We stayed that night because it was already late in those conditions and I notified her again the next day. She said she would have someone come out to look at the AC unit. After reaching out to her, I believe two other times she was able to get a technician out there, and the technician determined that the AC could be fixed, but it would be expensive unless it waited till Monday. Kate’s response was she’ll refund us for the days that we haven’t stayed. She had other properties that were vacant during the time that we needed. We were five hours away from home with no place to go and she didn’t seem to care.

we ran into a couple of things but all in all it was what we were happy with The distance to the stores as well. As well as our pentecost location at cathedral of the cross. the owner fixed and responded to issues with sympathy and speed. overall I fully enjoyed the stay at Kate's. and so did my church family.

I had a very disappointing experience with my Airbnb rental. The pictures of the home on the website did not match the actual state of the property, both inside and out. Despite my efforts to communicate with the host about issues mentioned in a recent review, the problems persisted upon arrival. Trash littered the property, and the porches were filthy. The neighborhood was not ideal, with abandoned buildings nearby. Inside, the furniture was dirty and stained, and bed linens were also stained. The bathrooms were not clean, and there were no towels in the entire house. After contacting the host, stained towels were provided two hours later. My family and I were uncomfortable walking around without shoes, and I was embarrassed that I had chosen this rental. The property needs a thorough cleaning and updates to meet its advertised standards.
