It is a stylish and peaceful family facility for everyone who wants to have a boutique and luxurious holiday. It is very close to Side Antique City, 700 meters from the sea, 7.5 km from Manavgat Waterfall and 65 km from Antalya Airport. There is a fully equipped kitchen (all the necessary items including a stove), Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, high chair and baby crib, iron, hair dryer and tea and coffee maker. All the items in the apartments are brand new

Bis zu 4 Personen können sich in unserem Apartment rundum wohlfühlen. Balkon mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich. Wohnanlage mit Code gesichert und 24h Videoüberwacht Öffentlicher Strand in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Supermärkte, Dolmuş, Restaurants und Bars in direkter Umgebung 1x pro Aufenthalt und Person Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Coast villa in unique village

Villa in a 24/7 secured village with unique (5 hectares) territory. About 700 - 1200 meters to the deserted beach, fully equipped (from the end of May till the end of October) with tents, sunbeds and transportation (all - free for you). Parking lot under security control. Huge swimming pool (size 800 sq.m.) + kids pool. Tennis courts. Playground. Please note: village isolated from civilization, there are no public transportation to the shops except taxi. Absolutely quiet and peaceful place!

Villa Milsone - For a peacefull vacation

Everything you are looking for for a peaceful holiday is here. There is no need to climb stairs or walk around to reach the pool. The pool is right in front of you. While your children are playing, you can follow them from your home. Each room has an air conditioning unit. The house is 1.2km from the beach, 700m from the bazaar, 2.4km from the Ancient City. You can go by walk or public transport. The property has 3 individual houses. You wil have one. Not: Pool opening date is 1st of June.

Side Kemer Mahallesinde bulunan dairemiz Antik Kente 1.5 km, sahile 1.7 km mesafededir. Havuzlu bir site içerisindedir. Restoranlara, çarşıya, marketlere, hastaneye ve eczanelere yürüme mesafesindedir. Daire içinde 2 klima, 1 TV bulunmakta olup Netflix vs uygulamalar bulunmaktadır. Daire içerisinde misafirlerimiz için limitsiz fiber internet, çarşaflar ve havlular ile temel temizlik malzemeleri, mutfakta ise her türlü temel malzeme vardır.

It is approximately 15 minutes away from the ancient city by foot. The location has access to public transportation as well.
