Joya del Paradiso appartment

Located near the Paradise Bay and the famous Bamboo beach, our garden pool apartment has both - the privacy you need for a holiday and a sea view. It is only 80 meters from the coast and is suitable for romantic holidays, families with up to 2 children or max. of 4 adults. It is practical and well organized at an area of 60+ m². The organization of the apartment allows you to have relaxing open air breakfast/lunch at sun or under a solid shade. The gardens and the pool are very well maintained.

Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view. The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...). According to Bulgaria’s law we are legally obligated to register all guests in the national register, and it is necessary to provide us ID before check in. Thank you!

The apartment occupies fully the third floor of the house, with three separate bedrooms (one bedroom is outside the apartment entrance). Six large regular beds(100x200cm), with a possibility to accommodate a 7th person on a couch in the living room, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, bathroom and an extra toilet. Large balcony overlooking the old town, air conditioning in every room, free WiFi.
