This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Our beautiful quiet place has 2 units that are ideal for 2 couples. We are located in a very quiet area, 10 minutes by car from the old town, if you don't like noise, but peace and quiet, this is the ideal location for you. Each apart. is equipped with its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and one has a small kitchen. The rooms share a terrace with a private pool just for you, where there are deckchairs and an outdoor shower where you can enjoy the sun Party or loud music is NOT allowed
