Charming Cottage by the Beach - 1 block from beach

Cozy and charming cottage just 2 blocks (from front door) or 1 block (from alley) of walking distance from Seawall. The famous Mardi Gras and July 4th parades route is also just a stone throw away. Feel confident and safe staying at our home! We adopted CDC-approved cleaning procedures before your stay. The house is well maintained with high ceilings. Two full bathrooms and two good sized bedrooms with a spacious living room that can easily sleep up to 10 people with comfortable mattresses.

Fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, bed linens, beach toys, chairs and a BBQ pit and fire pit. Please bring your own firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid if you plan to use the grill or fire pit. PETS- MUST PAY PET FEE No more than 2 dogs allowed and only trained, non aggressive pet breeds allowed. Please see ‘additional rules’ section regarding pets.

The house is 5 a minutes walk to the beach where you can find surfers in the early morning and late afternoon, and a 3 minutes drive to an amazing fishing area located at the Jetty Park (look out for dolphins!). Have your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon in our beautiful deck where you will find plenty of chairs, a swing and a hammock to enjoy starry nights.
