Join a personal trainer for an unforgettable sunset run through Lisbon’s 100-year-old Monsanto Forest Park, the green heart of the city. Together, we’ll follow scenic trails as I share stories of the city’s rich heritage. • We’ll start with a series of warm-up exercises as we get to know one another. • Next, we’ll set off on a roughly 40-minute trail run, stopping occasionally to enjoy the sights. I’ll accompany you the entire way, ensuring your safety and fun. As passioned for Lisbon, we want to show you the city as we see it, so you can get to know the secrets and customs of the Lisbon people and conquer our 7 Hills. More than a regular and touristic tour, you can learn the portuguese ways and even our language. A tuk tuk is an open air, very small and special vehicle that allow us to go through all the narrow streets of the old part of the town. We will go through them in an easy, very fun and adventurous way to go up the big hills of Lisbon. Throughout this trip, we'll explain you the history of the city and the places where we'll go, we'll do a lot of stops so you can visit inside the monuments and take some photos of the beautiful views. In this tour we'll get to know the old part of the Alfama District that includes the oldest monuments of the city near the Castle (Sé Cathedral, Saint Vicent Church, National Pantheon) awesome high viewpoints (Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Portas do Sol) where you can see all the city and the 25th April Bridge from the top of the Hill, and stop in the little iconic streets from the XII Century. At the end we will finish in the downtown so you can explore Lisboa with new eyes. Other things to note We have 2 Tuks, the red (3 seats), the pink (4 seats) = in total 7 seats. Since 2018, this is Portugal's only cooking class in a real bakery, taught by a professional pastry chef! This masterclass can be hosted by award-winning chef João Batalha, co-founder of Pastel de Nata concept store Nat'elier, or other experienced in-house pastry professionals such as chefs Silvia Sousa or Adriano Cardoso. After gearing up you'll go inside our pro kitchen where you'll learn how to bake the irresistible Portuguese Custard Tarts (aka Egg Tarts) everybody loves! The workshop starts with an intro to the history of Pastel de Nata. This is HANDS-ON experience! Unlike other Pastéis de Nata classes in Lisbon, we will show you how to make puff pastry from scratch. Afterwards, we will make the custard and bake it all inside a professional oven. During this class we all work together as a team (max. 14 people) Everyone makes at least 3 tarts by hand - learn how to laminate the dough, shape it with a specific Pastel de Nata technique, fill in the custard, etc. ☕We'll end tasting the warm tarts with a drink of choice, crafted by our baristas. Explore all the terraces, views and architectural features up-close without going inside to see the rooms and furnishings. QUINTA DA REGALEIRA: The most excentric palace in Sintra and home to the amazing initiation well CABO DA ROCA and Sintra’s coastline: Home to the westernmost point of continental Europe, this coastline is always impressive for its rawness, rural vibe and amazing scenery. From here we will see Alfama from the top, don´t forget your camera or you will regret forever... Castelo: our journey continues going up, if you are here, congratulations! You Have conquered the castle! Graça: If you think the castle was the highest part of our tour, forget it, we still have graça!
