Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

Based on our smallholding in the village of Chilsworthy an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lots of lovely walks. There is also our local pub The White Hart. We are just over the river Tamar on the boarder between Devon and Cornwall. Half an hour from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions on Plymouth Hoe, and Plymouth sound. Tavistock is fifteen minutes away a lovely old market town. Cotehele is owned by the national trust and is about ten minutes away beautiful gardens.

The Leisure Barn, Sleeps 32, a converted cow shed with five geodesic domes with ensuite showers & WC's. Three extra bedrooms on first floor. A large astro turf games area all under one roof with table tennis pool and badminton all available along with other lawn games, boules, jenga, frisbies etc. An array of scooters makes getting around the barn much more fun. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.

Just a short drive and you will have access to Saunton beach and Croyde beach. We welcome your pets to enjoy a holiday too. We love this cottage and we know you will too. The garden side is separate from the house however is delightful to sit and enjoy a lovely sundowner.
