Hier thront Ihr hoch oben mit einer herrlichen Sicht über den See bis zu den Alpen. Sehr romantisch! Ideal für Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt wünschen und prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner Uferweg oder der kostenlose direkte Bus (ca. 20 min.).

Dazu haben Sie auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktion, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,60m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

In addition to the separated bedroom, the apartment has a large living area with integrated kitchen, dining table, as well as living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped.

Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch in unserem kleinen Höhenparadies mitten im Urlaubsgebiet Bodensee. Direkt im historischen Ortskern von Heiligenberg ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eine ganz besondere Ferienwohnung entstanden - überzeugt euch selbst und genießt eine Auszeit auf 750 Meter über dem Meer. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Gasthäuser und ein modernes Freibad direkt zu erreichen.
