The house is integrated inside the quiet gated community of "Herdade de Montalvo", surrounded by nature and located near "Praia da Comporta" (15 min by car) and the city of Alcácer do Sal (Alentejo). Herdade de Montalvo also offers restaurants, two tennis courts, a 25 meters swimming pool, and Equestrian Centre facilities.

The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include wi-fi, a smart-tv, air conditioning, a coffee machine as well as a washing machine.
