The visit in the Merlini Storti restoration studio gives guests the opportunity see from up close classical and contemporary artworks and experience them through the delicate process of conservation. Valeria Merlini and Daniela Storti, among the leading Italian experts in restoration and conservation, who have restored numerous masterpieces including three paintings by Caravaggio, offer visitors the chance to understand the importance of the artisanal aspect of an artist’s creative work in a journey that will enrich people’s relationship with art. In our atelier, guests will experience art in a direct and intimate way, being able to observe from up close the restorers’ work and learning about the fascinating world of art techniques and materials. At the end of this exclusive artistic experience, we like to offer our guests a small aperitif, that includes a glass of prosecco or wine and a few traditional Italian snacks.

Whether you're on a pilgrimage or exploring Rome with loved ones, join us to craft fresh pasta, enjoy our organic wine, and embrace the spirit of renewal and community while savouring the timeless flavours of Italy! ** Led by our professional chefs, you'll enjoy a fun and interactive lesson, discovering the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta like Ravioli, Fettuccine, and Tortelli in various shapes. We provide all the essentials—apron, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After preparing your pasta, we’ll cook it together with delicious sauces, sharing the meal family-style with the group, just like a true Italian gathering. One sauce is prepared in advance, while the chef will cook the other in front of you. This 3-hour experience offers a perfect opportunity to socialize with fellow travellers in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, savour organic Tuscan wine from our farm, "Dalle Nostre Mani," produced with natural methods. If you’d like, you can purchase a bottle to enjoy during the class. We will end the event with some chocolate dessert and a shot of limoncello. Expand your culinary skills and wow your guests at home with the techniques you'll master! Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We'll meet in Florence, where a driver will take you to our farm in just 45 minutes. What will we do? 1) Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history with plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos.
 You may even meet our friendly, domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2) Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white, red, aged straight from the barrel, and "Vin Santo" a classic sweet wine. You’ll also sample our premium olive oil and watch a short film about our mission. You'll have the chance to purchase wines at exclusive cellar prices or order them to ship. 3) The final part is all about making fresh pasta! Raffaella or Laura will teach you how to craft it using authentic techniques, then cook all your pasta together (it won't be possible to do individual cooking) to enjoy it as a group at a long table, just like a traditional Italian family. Our organic wine will accompany the meal. We'll be around 20 participants for an authentic Italian experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The round trip to Florence has a cost of 20 Euro per person to be paid directly to the driver by card before the return journey.

We’ll finish with tiramisu, where you’ll learn each step of creating this iconic Italian dessert. Finally, we’ll gather to enjoy a delicious meal featuring your handmade pasta, bruschetta, and tiramisu for a perfectly sweet finish.
