The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with 4 different rooms for relaxing, recharging, enjoying, resting and lingering in nature. In two minutes you can be in the middle of the village center of Appenzell with its colorfully painted Appenzell houses. In a few minutes you can be directly at the train station. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking trails, climbing routes and exploring the surrounding area. Simply be in nature and enjoy it all. All prices (except visitor's tax) include VAT.

Das Studio verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit einem ausziehbaren 160cm breiten Bett. Ausserdem steht ein TV mit Netflix-Zugang zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und die gemütliche Essecke ist zum Frühstücken ideal.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

Extra mattress for one child is available.
