My spacious central Gyumri house has every single detail you need for your trip, crafted & recreated with care & affection. 1st level of this 2-story home with desperate entrance has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds for up to 7 guests. You'll find a unique bar, wine & game room at the basement..Besides indoor conveniences, there is an outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a veranda off the garage, bbq area in the backyard. Everything in the home is crafted by the owners with care & with the comfort of guests in mind.

Perfect location, and at the same time peacefull. All windows looking to other side of the street, no noise at all. Recently renovated, bright and sunny apartment. It has solar water heating system, which reduces natual gas consumption and makes economical, so you pay less for utility. Very close to central market and central square, 5 minutes walking. Right next street there is shop which works late night and one big Supermarket. Free parking spaces right below your balcony.

Our private cabin "Michaela" is a green, peaceful space nestled on the campus of Emili Aregak, a center for children with special needs. Michaela is wifi-equipped, peaceful and perfect for remote working or a weekend getaway. All rental proceeds go to support Emili Aregak therapy programs! Michaela is surrounded by fruit trees, has a small patio with a barbeque grill and a walking path with a mountain view. You can access the kitchen and laundry in the building next door.

The neighborhood is amazing, right in the heart of old Gyumri. The apartment is freshly renovated, has everything tourists would need. Its bedroom area is subtly isolated from the main area through shelves that add coziness to the place. The bed is queen size, with a super comfortable new mattress, the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one adult or two kids. We will make sure you enjoy your stay and will give you tips on places to visit.
