Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Un loft único, un paisaje inolvidable!! A 25km. de la ciudad de Mendoza, en los caminos del vino , zona vitivinicola de Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, cuna del vino Malbec. En su entorno ,hay granjas , bodegas y restaurantes. Ideal para descansar, turismo aventura y como base de excursiones a alta montaña(30 km), Chacras de Coria(10Km) o Ciudad Lujan de Cuyo(5km). Para 2 personas o grupo de 4 , que no requieran privacidad de dormitorios. Se puede llegar en taxi, pero lo aconsejable es el automóvil.

This is a bright, spacious, stylish and safe apartment suitable for 4 guest in Palermo Green, considered one of the trendiest hot spots of Buenos Aires. Excellent site with high speed internet, ideal to work from home if you need to. It is superbly located at just one block away from Santa Fe Street and around the corner from “Distrito Arcos Shopping Mall” with several restaurants, coffee shops, design shops and night clubs near the area. Lovely and amazing option with a great location!

Luminoso departamento en loft con magnífica vista a los cerros y bosque. Cuenta con sommier hotelero lo que permite que pueda usarse modo matrimonial o twin. Ubicado en un predio boscoso con vegetación autóctona. Emplazado al final de una calle sin salida, brindando gran tranquilidad al lugar. La zona es muy segura y está pocas cuadras de completo centro comercial y de paradas de transporte público. Para acceder al departamento hay que subir un piso por escalera. Cuenta con garage y parrilla.

Elegante y acogedor loft de diseño para máximo 4 huéspedes. En pleno barrio de Palermo Hollywood cuenta con todo nuevo y completamente renovado/equipado. Un 9º piso con una gran terraza, muy luminoso y con una gran vista abierta a la ciudad. Muchas de las atracciones de la ciudad pueden visitarse a pie o mediante cualquier medio de transporte público (excelente conexión con metro, trenes y autobuses). En una zona muy tranquila pero a pocos metros de parques, bares, restaurantes, museos, etc!

This amazing 27th Floor, two storey, luxury 2-bedroom sunrise and river view Loft in the distinctive Palermo Uno high-rise apartment building will dazzle you with style and light. Check in: 14PM & Check out 11AM. Booking the apt. from the previous day allowed to check in as early 8AM. Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible also if you have booked from the previous days. Any doubts about arrival let us know before you book. If needed we can store your luggage after 9AM.

A few meters from San Telmo, Puerto Madero and the meeting points of the Free Walking Tours and the BA Sightseeing Bus. Close to a wide variety of restaurants, theaters and historical shops.

The furniture and the household appliances were thought for a confortable and pleasant stay. It ‘s a 50 square meters well lit apartment. Downstairs the living , with a TV set and the kitchen , a coach for two people, a table, four chairs and a balcony. Upstairs there is a very confortable queen size bed , a closet and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped: wifi, TV, heating, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen. Beautifully designed and decorated.

El living-comedor y el dormitorio principal se abren a la terraza, que da a la calle y el departamento es super luminoso. El segundo dormitorio es un entrepiso que balconea hacia el living. No tiene espacios comunes , solo el hall de acceso. Rodeado de los mejores bares, boutiques de diseño y restaurantes, esta ubicado a una cuadra de plaza Serrano. El departamento se encuentra en una calle tranquila y arbolada
