Cozy 1 bdrm cottage w/ big yard.

Enjoy the comfort of this cottage with its relaxing coastal theme. There is a fully stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home including a smart TV, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. A great feature is the large community backyard complete with games and a fire pit. A bbq grill is out back along with some chairs for relaxing. Sam’s Pizza Pub is across the street. We suggest you check out their great food and live music. Grab a seat outside and enjoy the lake view as you dine and watch the sunset.

Less than .25 miles down the road you will find an access point to enjoy the peaceful Ouachita river or drive a short 30 minutes to Wolf Pen Gap to ride ATVs or find Irons Fork Lake 6 miles away to take in nature and fish.

This quaint beauty was built in 1922 & has a prime location in the Quapaw-Prospect Historic District of Downtown Hot Springs. You’ll love this neighborhood w/large trees, church bells & proximity to bathhouse row. So much to do in this historic town. Also we have a party barge you can rent on Lake Hamilton!
