Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Nyd lyden af ro i denne familie-børnevenlige bolig, som rummer masser af aktiviteter udover normen til alle former for børn og voksne. Boligen er topsikret til småbørn, Her kan der være gratis hjemmedyrket frugter og æg fra egne høns til fri afbenyttelse. Grunden fører ned til en “stor” å, hvor fisk springer fra! Udover en fantastisk udsigt, med kort afstand til bade sø, dyrehave eller Legoland mm. Vil boligen her sikre den hyggelige stemning. Evt. Mulighed for leje af bil og cykler.

Vom Wohnzimmer und vom großen Schlafzimmer hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Außenförde. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumen lassen! Ofen, Sauna, Strand, gutes Essen, Geselligkeit mit Freunden und Familie, oder einfach nur Abschalten. Der Naturstrand ist vom Grundstück aus über einen direkten Strandzugang zu erreichen. Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt direkt am Deich und nahe zur Badestelle Südwesthörn. Die ruhige Alleinlage und Sackgassenlage ermöglicht unseren kleinen Gästen die gefahrlose Spielmöglichkeiten vor unserem Haus und Deich. Gerade auch die gesunde salz und jodhaltige Luft wird allen Gästen mit Atem Problemen sehr gut helfen wieder gut durchatmen zu können.
