Step back in time with a visit to Bangkok’s Deva Manor, an important piece of Thai royal heritage. We’ll take a boat ride and then explore the restored palace—one of the only European-style manors in Thailand. • Meet at MRT Sanam Chai to explore the Flower market . we will buy flower garlands bring it along with you then take a boat there. We’ll cruise along the Chao Phraya River, passing by landmarks like Rajini Pier, where the Queen Mother of Thailand (the mother of King Rama X) once attended school. • Upon arrival at Thewes Pier, you’ll be welcomed in with herbal drinks, and in traditional Thai style we will pray respect the senior by flower garland. Explore the stunning architecture of Deva Manor, the former palace of the Prince of Chantaburi HRH Kitiyakara Voraluksana, which was built in 1896 under the direction of King Rama V. • Learn about the architecture and history of the building, including its restoration and its connections to the Queen Mother. Before returning to Thewes Pier, you’ll be served a signature snack and drinks and have a chance to take souvenir photos.

Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows. During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join! (The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes) Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger. It is not a competitive practice, and it should be lived as a tool for improving yourself inside and out. Join the practice and experience the rejuvenating power of yoga! Other things to note Don't worry if you are a newbie or an advanced practitioner. We will adapt classes to the needs of participants. Please plan on being at least 5 minutes early to get set up for class. Please let me know if you have any injuries prior to practicing.
