Small cosy house on the hillside with mezzanine bedroom, terrasse with Monchique mountain view, close to all shops and restaurants of Aljezur. Excellent starting point to visit the beaches nearby (Amoreira, Monte Clerigo, Arrifana). Typical Portuguese house in Aljezur oldtown. In old time it used to be a donkey shelter ! Walls are made of Taipa (clay) which keep freshness in summer time. The house is newly totally renovated (2019).

A moradia encontra-se localizada em Montenegro, Faro, junto a Ria Formosa onde se pode caminhar, andar de bicicleta e também, perto do aeroporto de Faro (1,5 KM), a Praia de Faro (5 km), centro de (Faro 3 Km), transportes, restaurantes e padarias.

A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
