Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Küchenutensilien, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden . Es gibt ein 140x200 Bett (erhöht) und ein Klappsofa zum Schlafen. Die Schlüssel Übergabe erfolgt wenn möglich persönlich oder durch Vorhandene Schlüsselbox.
