Elegante appartamento, appena rinnovato in riva al lago nel centro di Bellagio. Situato in un edificio storico del 1600, dove abbiamo cercato di mantenere alcuni elementi antichi, come i pavimenti e le decorazioni da soffitto. Completamente arredato, con camera da letto, bagno e cucina per adattarsi alle esigenze di ogni viaggiatore. Dispone inoltre di un balcone esterno fronte lago, per poter passare piacevoli momenti di relax con il panorama naturale che la nostra bellissima cittadina offre.

Delightful two-story apartment with spectacular lake views on three sides, a kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, 3 balconies and air conditioning (only in the attic and living room). A quiet residential area, just 900 meters from the ferry terminal and 500 meters from the pedestrian access to Bellagio's historic center. The apartment is located in a residential complex of several units, It does not have private parking. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity in a safe and free area.

Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation and also by car.
