Our spacious loft apartment has back-up power, which sustains us through stage 5 load shedding. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in Onrus within walking distance to the beach, tidal pools and coastal paths. The loft has lots of natural light & beautiful mountain views. There is a Queen size bed and sleeper couch for young children. Spacious seating area with books and tourism guides. The kitchenette is a functional, practical space where you can make tea or coffee or prepare a light meal.

You will find yourself in a buzzing little neighbourhood, spoiled for choice with all the local eateries, coffee shops and deli’s - conveniently situated with a 8 minute walk to the main beach. The kitchen and lounge are open planned with a fireplace and an outdoor braai on the covered veranda. Suitable for 2 couples, single travellers or a small family.

I invite you to come and stay in my tastefully furnished fully equipped cottage not far from all the amenities of Hermanus but also close to the famous Southern Right Whales. Charming, comfortable, bright, upstairs -studio leading onto a balcony with scenic views of the indigenous gardens, mountains and glimpses of the sea. The cliff path is a few minutes away from all the beaches and Fernkloof Nature Reserve is close by to explore our many mountain trails and unique 'fynbos" flora, overlooking the town of Hermanus and up into the mountains. Several good restaurants are close by and in walking distance. At night driving to eat out is the best option.

Sit back and relax with a book or keep an eye on the tide, whether you'd like to go fishing, kite surfing or just to enjoy the great out-doors. The adjacent nature reserve provides numerous foot-path routes through the indigenous Fynbos. From the balcony you may have some early morning sightings of small antelope and other animals as well as an abundance of bird life.

Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.
