A new apartment in a residential building with camera supervision and elevator. It is contemporary furnished and comfortable. The appartment is on 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance from the old town. The apartment has its own entrance, cable tv, air condition, balcony and free WiFi. * address- the building is in the main blvd which doesn’t have numbers so we put the address behind the building that you are looking for, different street but it is 2m away.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

My place is located in Saint Stasije, Kotor, 50 m from the sea and the closest beach. Restaurants can be found 50 m from the property and the nearest store in a 3-minute walk. Kotor the Old Town can be reached in 5 km. Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay The owners are very friendly and helpful. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Chill Studio is located above Old Town Budva which is a 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk to Old town. The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. The pool is few steps away from the terrace where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset from the apartment. The studio is 36m2 and the terrace is 12m2. Very quiet place and pool to relax no parties allowed. Kids must be with adults. free wifi . Pool is open from may to October
