**NO POOL HEATING FEES!** Our house is a coastal home with a spectacular enclosed in-ground pool, situated beach front directly on the Delaware Bay with unobstructed water views. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible!
