The over the water boat house is converted to a delightful two bedroom apartment over the sea with the fish beneath your feet. The beach is a 2-minuet board walk away. Watch the sun go down as you sip your Rum Punch on the dock. Swim in the sea just outside your apartment or use our elegant pool with a great view over the Bay. If you have family or friends why not rent more of our one bed apartments. Unique.

The villa sleeps 8 and the cottage can accommodate 2 more by request and additional fee.

The main house is the top two floors and is very spacious. One of the closest properties to the bay. 2 min walk. Shared outside dining areas. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Property manager that can help with all needs and bookings so you don't have to go it alone. Fully equipped kitchen and we can arrange food package before arrival if you want Note the price is so low June to Dec 24 as there is building work on the plot behind us. It is a few local builders and has limited impact.
