Enjoy with door step delivered breakfast, or book a guided hike with estate owner and learn about medicinal plants and flowers, the topography of the land and a farm fresh picnic lunch on the peninsula of our lake.

My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house)1956. There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club. A perfect mix of privacy and convenience. * If you are bringing a pet, please let us know by adding your pet to the reservation, and read our house rules before you book.

-We invite you to come be a happy "Glamper" and have a unique farm experience. The Glamper has everything you will need. It is located near our barns and play area, has a stunning view of the valley. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. Tents are allowed (tent rental available at the farm). Open May 1 - October 13.

Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
