Unsere Ferienwohnung hat mit ca. 70m² Wohnfläche aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer, Flur und Bad, ein super Größe für 4 bis 6 Personen. Der Lebensmittelpunkt (Essecke, Sofa/Fernsehbereich und Küche) ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer mit 1,8x2 Meter Doppelbett ist sehr großzügig und hat einen separaten Zugang, wie auch der Lebensmittelpunkt, zum großen (18m²) Südbalkon. Unsere Schlafbutze ist mit einem hochwertigen 3er Etagen Bett ausgestattet. Die eigene Sauna zum Wohlfühlen.

Bei der zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffeemaschine handelt es sich um eine Tassimo Pad Maschine. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Bügeleisen sind auf Nachfrage kostenlos nutzbar. Bahnhof, Universität und Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft.
