This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. Ο επισκέπτης έχει σύντομη πρόσβαση στο Μουσείο μαστίχας (5 χλμ. ), στα Μαύρα Βόλια(4 χλμ.) μια από τις πιο σπάνιες παραλίες της Ελλάδας. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
