Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

A sunny, bright chalet with free parking, situated on Harepath Hill, Seaton. A 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute walk takes you to the seafront. There’s a pretty harbour and boats at one end. Jurassic Discovery, a play park and the tramway are close by. There is a large Tesco and Aldi. Next to the chalet is a well-stocked convenience store (open early for hot breakfast items!) We provide a bath towel per guest and a hand towel in the bathroom. Please bring beach towels with you.

New to Airbnb for 2022 - under our ownership Beachside Cottage was the GOLD WINNER Best for Beaches 2019 Sykes Gems award that recognises the very best properties in the collection. The upstairs balcony has panoramic views of the sea and it is literally a 20 second stroll to the beach. Excellent water sports can be enjoyed directly from the front of the property, or perhaps you would prefer to observe, with excellent views from the balcony or living room.
