Departamento en una de las mejores zonas de Mérida Yucatán México, confortable. cuánta con amenidades, alberca, sala de televisión. Y comodidades como estacionamiento techado, lavasecadora, refrigerador, cocina completa, televisión, internet entre otras. Cerca de plaza Altabrisa en donde encuentras comercios, supermercados, restaurantes y medios transporte muy accesibles. 25 min de la playa más cercana, excelente ubicación. Ambiente tranquilo y confortante para hospedajes cortos o largos.

Una casita entera con mucho charm y upgrades de comfort. Tiene aire acondicionados en ambas recamaras y sala de estar. Internet de alta velocidad de fibra óptica, bocina y TV Smart. Agua presurizada y cocina equipada a full. Esta esta en una calle tranquila pero a unos minutos a pie de todos los servicios supermercado, plaza comercial Altabrisa, cines, restaurantes, hospitales, lavandería. La casa tiene estacionamiento para un auto, pero no es estrictamente necesario tener auto.

Best internet of 300Mbp, in the best zone of downtown in Merida. Beautiful and charming where everything is nearby and at the same time in a really quiet and relaxing street. Four blocks away from Paseo Montejo, where you can find local boutiques and restaurants, in Santa Lucia the menu for restaurants and cafes is just non-stop. The house its really dedicated to its details, has a small and beautiful pool, wine cooler, full kitchen, AC and fans in every room and area, etc.
