The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

Garitsa Penthouse

Situated in the heart of Garitsa Bay, this newly renovated penthouse on the sixth floor will meet the demands of the most demanding guest. The exclusively terrace of the penthouse, overlooking the bay is just 30 meters far from the coastline. The magnificent view over Corfu old castle, the sea and the windmill is breathtaking. The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, the living room with sofa bed which turns into a double bed, kitchen and Wc, everything brand new.

There is a balcony over Platy Kantouni, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods: Porta Remounta. Just a few minutes' walk away: Liston, Old Fortress, big squares (Spianada), theTown Hall square, church Saint Spyridon etc . In the neighborhood there are a tour agency, very good traditional tavern and Italian restaurants and all food shops .
