This is a unique, cosy, self contained, elevated POD set in a private garden, close to the water, overlooking Kinsale Harbour and town, in the jewel of Kinsale - Summercove. You can relax while watching the boats go by, take long coastal walks, go for a swim in the ocean, dine in the local award winning pub/restaurant (The Bulman), explore the 16th century fort (Charles Fort), take a stroll into town or an electric bike & head out exploring. Please note: Guest minimum age on our property is 14

The area is known for amazing walks, watersports and stunning beaches, one of which is a minutes walk away. Brandon Pier with the famous Murphy’s bar & restaurant (Best pub in Munster 2024) is just a 3 minute walk away and a great swimming spot. The vibrant town of Dingle full of shops, galleries and pubs is only a 20 min drive away.

It has its own front door and its own patio with outdoor seating for guests to use. We have free WIFI and office facilities (printing, fax, photocopying) and we offer a laundry service (extra charge of €20 and please note that the laundry facilities are in our house, not the Coach House). For small children we have a high chair & travel cot.

The renowned gourmet town of Kinsale is less than ten minutes by car and the airport is just a 30 minutes drive. The local area is a mecca for surfers, swimmers, cyclists and those who just want to go for long peaceful walks on one of the many local beaches. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.
