This makes loading/unloading very easy. 4. Fully stocked kitchen. Any gourmet chef will find necessary ingredients for preparing their meals. Enjoy complimentary coffee on us as well. 5. Roof top deck. Enjoy memorable sunsets on our private rooftop deck. Sip your favorite wine while enjoying your friends and family. Rental is the First floor 4 bed, 2bath of duplex. Our family has enjoyed renting for 20 plus years as guest families enjoy beach house, sand toys, BBQ, patio and surf. Upstairs unit shares main/exterior entrance; guest have locked separate inner door. Thoughtful renters - no partiers please. 9 pm quiet. (SLP13141 - includes 10% City Resort Fee)
