This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

In the center of Costa da Caparica and 7 minutes walk to the beach, we have this lovely tiny house to make you feel at home, just 20 minutes from the vibrant Lisbon. This amazing new tiny house has a terrace in the front and a lovely private patio in the back, a comfortable double bed, a nice table that you can use for dinners or as workspace, enough storage space and an equipped kitchen. Tiny Casa has airconditioning! Did we mention it is 7 min walk to some amazing surf spots? ;)

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

A Salty Soul é uma pequena casa de praia, construída nos anos 40, localizada na “Praia da Fonte da Telha”. Uma pequena vila piscatória, situada na extremidade sul da Costa da Caparica. Around 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, you will find a sunny apartment with excellent views of the Arrabida cliffs. It´s located on the main avenue of the city, surrounded by restaurants with typical Portuguese food and also international, grocery stores, supermarket, banks and others facilities however inside the apartment the guests can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
