Lovely modern apartment enjoying a prime location on Mundesley seafront with a balcony overlooking the sea and just a 30 second walk from the fabulous award winning beach. Featuring vaulted ceilings, lounge with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, wifi and private parking. The bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as either a twin OR double room, the additional sleeping arrangement is the double sofa bed in the lounge (we will provide the bedding). travel cot & highchair available on request.

We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!
