Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

The light-filled cottage is situated one street back from the water, separate from main house with private entry. Close to Kurnell & Cronulla's Beaches, playgrounds, Kamay National Park, Boat Harbour & Cape Solander. Activities include the beaches, bushwalking, cycling, bbqs, kites, tennis, cafes & fishing.

The “Beach House” is an ocean-front apartment in the heart of Cronulla, available for both short and long stays. This small and quiet unit block is a 2 min walk from the local mall and a 7 min walk to the train station. Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.

Beachfront private guesthouse with car space. Airport is 17.5km or 30mins in good traffic. 300m opposite Greenhills Beach. Various entry points, some easier than others. Bedroom 2 ducted air conditioning via the main house, keep at 23 degrees on hot days between 8am and 10pm. Fan and portable heater are available. Bedroom 2 is complimentary to the original listing.
