Είναι δίπλα στο Καλλιμάρμαρο (Παναθηναϊκό Στάδιο) και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά και καφετέριες καθώς βρίσκεται μόνο μερικά μέτρα μακριά από την πλατεία Βαρνάβα. Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα γραφείο, τραπέζι, τηλεόραση με δορυφορική κεραία, ψυγείο και wifi.

Our place is a fully renovated luxurious apartment in Varkiza, a southern suburb on the Athenian Riviera. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood just 500m away from sandy beaches and the marina of Varkiza (5-minutes walk to the famous beach resort "yabanaki"). The apartment features everything needed for your holidays and is suitable for couples, friends, families (families with babies and little children) and business travelers.

传统石材客房

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Ραφήνας, με ιδιωτικό parking. 200 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλες τις συγκοινωνίες(Αστικά λεωφορεία, ταξί, λεωφορείο προς και από το αεροδρόμιο.) Επίσης υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες στην περιοχή, που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να πάει με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην αγορά της Ραφήνας όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ότι χρειάζεται.

You’ll love the place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. We have an amazing rooftop veranda for your use, as you can see in the pictures, with spectacular views of the city and Acropolis.
