The Ford River boat launch site is 3.4 miles. Ice fishing is just a walk out onto the lake in the winter. Snowmobiling trails are near by as well.

The large picture windows and back yard patio overlook the Escanaba Country Club Golf Course (although there is not direct access from the yard.) In the summer, enjoy the very private patio for your morning coffee or and the serenity of the evening.
