This exquisite apartment is located at Valaoritou street in Agia Paraskevi, one of the most beautiful areas of the southern suburbs of Athens that has a lot of green areas, quietness and safety. Its privileged position offers easy access to Attica Tollway (only 800 m away from junction Y3) and a convenient parking space. In order to go to the center of Athens, visitors will need approximately 11 minutes, as the metro station is only 90 m away from the (URL HIDDEN) neighborhood has a lot of parks, restaurants,cofee shops,gym and a big super market near byThe whole building, the interior of the apartment and the exterior balkony area are constructed in a way, so that the house is functional and tasteful.
