The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- the price per night now includes Airbnb customer charge per night. Previously this was added on when booking. The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It is situated on a private road on the west side of Seaton just off the South West coast path.
